The following payment policy applies to all services offered by our firm:

Payment Terms

Invoicing and Payment Terms : An invoice for our services will be issued, detailing the payment terms and due date. For certain compliance cases, such as notices and scrutiny notices, a 50% deposit of the total invoice amount including GST and any applicable government or legal charges is required at the commencement of work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work and prior to the delivery of final reports or documents.

Late Payment Fee : In accordance with government regulations, a late payment fee may be applied if payments are not made on time.

Taxes : All payments are subject to applicable taxes (GST, Service Tax, etc.).

Disputes : Any payment disputes should be raised in writing to our accounts department within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

  • Bank Transfer: NEFT, RTGS, IMPS
  • Credit/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard
  • Online Payment Gateways: PayPal, Razor pay, UPI, PhonePe, Bharat Pay.
  • Cheque/Demand Draft: Payable to SS Auditors and Taxes Co
  • Cash: (if applicable and within permissible limits)
  • Mobile Wallets: (e.g. Amazon Pay, CRED Wallet)
Payment Terms

In certain situations, you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. We recognize that valid concerns can arise, and we are prepared to review each case thoroughly. To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please email us on services@ssauditor.com

  • Full Refund: If you decide to cancel our product or service within 24 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made after 24 hours will result in a refund of up to 50% of the service value. No full refund will be provided after this period.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees may be non-refundable, including administrative or processing fees, government or other legal fees. For example, stamp duty, and other similar charges.
  • Service Completion: If the service has been substantially completed, a partial refund may be provided based on the extent of work done.
  • Cancellation Terms: Refunds for cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy, which may include a percentage of the service fee as a cancellation charge.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the service provided and the timing of the request.
  • Service Agreement: Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement or contract signed at the time of service initiation.
  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
Amendments

Please be advised that SS Auditors reserves the right to amend any information on this website, including but not limited to the Cancellation and Refund Policy, at any time and without prior notice. We recommend that you regularly review the Cancellation and Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions for any updates.

  • We reserve the right to modify this payment policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
