  • "Date of Transaction" is the date of the invoice for the service, including the date of renewal processed in accordance with the applicable service agreement's terms and conditions.

3. REFUND RULES
  • We make every effort to fulfill orders according to the specifications and timelines provided for our services. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations on our part, the service is not provided, the order will be canceled, and the amount you paid will be refunded.
  • We will not process a refund if you ordered the wrong service.
  • If you submit a qualifying refund request, we may refund the full amount, minus any additional costs incurred in providing those services.
  • Refunds will only be considered once the customer provides the relevant documents and proof.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. ORDER NOT CONFIRMED BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTED
  • If the amount has been deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact your respective bank. It may take seven (7) Business Days to reverse the amount.

5. EXEMPTIONS
  • Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide a refund for services if:

    • You were aware of the problem(s) with the service before availing it.

    Refund requests are submitted after the refund window has closed.

  • Additionally, refunds will not be granted for services provided without proof of payment or for training charges and similar services.
